The expansion of renewable energies and the associated decentralization of the grid poses major challenges for grid operators and plant planners alike. Our solutions help to design generation plants in accordance with the VDE-AR-N 4110/4120 guidelines and to integrate them optimally into the existing grid structures. We ensure that the protection and control concepts are carefully coordinated so that the systems contribute to stabilizing the grid. Our range of consulting services is tailored to the specific requirements of grid operators and plant planners.
Certification often involves high bureaucratic hurdles and technical pitfalls. Extensive time, personnel and technical resources are required to ensure a legally compliant process. We help you by collecting, checking and supplementing all the necessary data for certification to enable time- and cost-effective certification of your plant (both Plant Certificate A and B) within a few weeks. We work closely with an accredited certification body to create the plant certificate and hand it over to you together with a clear single-line diagram. With the plant certificate, you can apply for the temporary commissioning of your plant.
The consequential costs of an incorrectly parameterized system can be considerable - from damage to the system itself to claims for damages due to resulting grid failures. We therefore support you in the correct parameterization of inverters, power generation controllers and protective devices. We prepare the commissioning declaration (E.11) and coordinate the corresponding tests and evidence. All documents are bundled and submitted to an accredited certification body for the issuance of the declaration of conformity. With a positive declaration of conformity, you receive the unlimited operating license for your generation system.
Testing in accordance with VDE 0100-600 and carrying out short-circuit and selectivity calculations in accordance with DIN EN 60909-0 (VDE 0102) for low-voltage systems. We use DIgSILENT PowerFactory for these calculations in order to achieve precise and reliable results regardless of the manufacturer of the installed components.
If you would like to integrate generation systems such as combined heat and power plants or photovoltaic systems into your project, we are able to obtain the necessary certificates and declarations of conformity for the feed-in tariff after a successful test of short-circuit strength and selectivity
The increasing use of electric vehicles requires an adaptation of existing buildings and infrastructure to meet the growing demand for charging stations. Electric car owners are looking for safe ways to charge their vehicles at local charging stations. It is crucial to combine the potential of electromobility and power grids to ensure both a reliable power supply and a stable grid infrastructure. Our company offers services in the field of grid integration and stability. With our expertise and state-of-the-art research and simulation infrastructure, we support the coordination between energy producers, consumers and storage systems to ensure a secure energy supply.
These are in particular building, district and small industrial networks. Within these networks, we carry out detailed studies on the grid integration of renewable energy systems and charging infrastructure for electromobility.

Our comprehensive grid studies include analyses of grid integration, identification of fault scenarios and implementation of simulations for the integration of system services such as static compensation systems.
In addition, we can determine the data for the grid connection point and sensible specifications for the grid integration of new systems (Appendix E.9 to VDE-AR-N 4110 or E.7 to VDE-AR-N 4120/4130).
Through our in-depth research, we help to optimize the performance, reliability and efficiency of electrical networks and ensure smooth operation under the challenges of modern energy infrastructure.
